Warrior Challenge Package (3 months) • Three Physical Screening Tests (one per month) • Three advanced Team Building Workouts (2 hours each, one per month) • Warrior Challenge Mentorship (3 months)
Physical Screening Test (PST) Price: $50 per Physical Screening Test (PST)
2 Hour Team Building Each session is a 2 hour training block. Your group/team will be broken down into ‘Boat Crews’ of 4 to 8 people and tasked with competitive evolutions to complete. Leadership, communication, working as a TEAM, attention to detail, and moving with a purpose will be highly stressed.
3 Hour Team Building Each session is a 3 hour training block. Your group/team will be broken down into ‘Boat Crews’ of 4 to 8 people and tasked with competitive evolutions to complete. Leadership, communication, working as a TEAM, attention to detail, and moving with a purpose will be highly stressed.
4 Hour Team Building Each session is a 4 hour training block. Your group/team will be broken down into ‘Boat Crews’ of 4 to 8 people and tasked with competitive evolutions to complete. Leadership, communication, working as a TEAM, attention to detail, and moving with a purpose will be highly stressed.
Individual Training I provide hourly "in-person" Mindset training, SEAL Candidate prep training, and endurance workouts.

Business Team Building

Greatness is not a part-time job!

Businesses tend to have employees with varying levels of fitness; taking that into consideration I customize and adapt my training sessions to ensure everyone is challenged to a level that is beneficial to them.

Your TEAM will be broken down into ‘Boat Crews’ of 4 to 8 people and tasked with challenging and competitive evolutions to complete. “It pays to be a winner!” Leadership, attention to detail, moving with a purpose, communication, and working together as a TEAM will be highly stressed.  ‘Boat Crews” is a Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) term; boats will not be used for training.

The goal of a GSM TEAM Building training session is to get you out of your comfort zone, build a stronger more cohesive TEAM, overcome obstacles both physically and mentally, build morale, and to give you some great stories to talk about around the water cooler.
